I used to (and need to start again) train with weights, and I have always been an advocate of amino acid supplements along with a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. I have been antibiotic free for about 4 weks now & so far, so good.
I'm taking Amino 2000 which you can get at Walmart in the vitamin section, or at any GNC or place with weight training supplements.
Before I stopped the abx my arm, shoulder & upper back muscles were hurting way too much. Lots of spasms. It took a few weeks w/o abx, and with the aminos and now I'm feeling a lot better in those areas.
Let's hope it lasts a while .
